We’re a volunteer-run non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation, development, and promotion of green spaces and trails for all to enjoy!

Drop by the Trail Visitors Centre near the North end of the Bill Thorpe Walking Bridge to say hi to the Coalition members, learn more about upcoming projects, and get involved. Kids can pick up a Trail Bingo activity sheet! Donations welcome 🙂
York Sunbury Search and Rescue will have the Command Post Truck at York Arena. Brought to every search & rescue the truck allows for a spacious work area with storage for materials like ropes, flashlights, radios and various technologies it also serves as a communications hub to keep track of work plans and materials.
Intersection of Barker St and Station Road “Touch a Truck” gives children and adults a chance to fulfill those childhood curiosities while learning and interacting with everyday heroes, this experience is different than a car show! Kids can interact with not only the trucks, but with the “heroes” that drive and operate them. They can hear the sirens, and learn about the safety of the vehicles.

Table will be set-up in the parking lot beside the trail for the opportunity to purchase books (with Gibson Church Bookmarks) and puzzles.
This will be a table set-up beside the trail in the parking lot at Gibson Memorial United Church. We will be handing out bottled water and freezies to people who visit the table. It’s a great way to show Gibson’s presence in the community!
